Architectural Visualization is the fancy term used by Architects, Builders, Developers and Realtors to describe the art of rendering a realistic image of a proposed housing or building design.

It is possible to create a photo-real 3D model and render from just a floorplan or blueprint layout drawing.
I offer my twist on this concept, a 3D rendered image combined with the floorplan as ‘ground’ and spiced up with a little landscaping for good measure. Using the floorplan as part of the result allows for a more identifiable result, with rooms labelled and specific features highlighted.

This can be further enhanced with animation, People and interior design per plans.

Architectural visualisation can be very expensive, with many companies charging between $500 and $1000 per image. I can offer lower fees as follows:

Project setup fee $50.00 USD
Fee per image $100.00 – 250.00 USD depending on complexity. Quotes are supplied before work commences.

I offer a discounted pack of 5 images for $1000.00, with no project setup fee.

Animated video is also available at additional costs, based on a quote per your requirements.

Other services:

  • Renovation Illustration. Rendering of planned extensions to existing property. Ideal to impress the bank manager! A photo-realistic can be produced and integrated with existing site photography. This offers a try-before-buy approach to house design.
  • Vegetation site impact. If your proposed development impacts on vegetation you may be required to submit drawings of the the plans and affected areas. To increase realism I can render 3D site drawings with photo-real trees and site ‘cut’/extension/changes. This may be more beneficial than the traditional line on a photo approach.
  • Architectural Virtual Tours, Walk-thru’s and fly-by’s.
